These terms govern all purchases made through pawridepets.com.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock issues.

Prices

Prices are displayed in your local currency. Our base currency is DKK. VAT and local taxes may apply depending on your country. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from use of our products.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts.
