Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

We ship worldwide from our base in Denmark.

Shipping rates & delivery times
• Denmark: Free standard shipping. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days.
• Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee where offered.
• Rest of EU: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 5–12 business days.
• International (outside the EU): Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs processing. Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
