14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return the item within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product has been used and shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduced value of the item before issuing your refund.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on unused items returned in their original packaging and condition. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged are not eligible under this extended guarantee.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on items that are clearly personalised or custom-made for you.
